Bruce’s successes in media span multiple segments of the industry.
His skills helped propel MTV to a number of record years. His delivery of blue-chip accounts like IBM, MasterCard, Toyota and AT&T made MTV the most profitable channel in cable television.

Bruce replicated this achievement in broadcast television with spot powerhouses Katz and Blair, where he racked up annual increases of over 30%.

Bruce’s analysis of programming and audience trends drove ratings increases in several markets for Metromedia Television. There, his carefully crafted presentations lead to winning market shares in daytime, primetime, sports and news.

In his position as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for VCS Technologies, Bruce led this video conferencing and video streaming company to a ten-fold increase in revenues in only two years.

Expanding his knowledge of the digital world, Bruce held executive positions at both WebMD and AOL Time Warner where he initiated integrated cross-platform marketing and sales efforts targeting the restaurant and consumer packaged goods verticals.

With public television station WNET, Bruce secured corporate underwriting to fund classic programming like Nature and Great Performances.

Through it all, Bruce has been an avid sailor, both helming and crewing on vessels from a 33 foot J33 to his current passion, a 23 foot Sonar, which he uses for both fleet and team racing.

Larry Bleidner brings a rare combination of creativity and commerce to VMG Media.

As founder of Branch/Wreath Entertainment, he created, wrote and Co-Executive Produced Wickedly Perfect, the CBS Television reality series. Hosted by Joan Lunden, this “Search for America’s New Style-maker” aired in prime time and spawned dozens of imitators. His fact-based screenplay, The Norfolk Quiz Club, is in development at Universal Pictures. Nearly a dozen Branch/Wreath book, TV and film projects have been optioned by production companies and remain in various stages of development.

He authored several best-selling books. Mack Daddy (Citadel) has been featured on KTLA-TV, KLSX-FM, USA TODAY and nationally on the CBC. It is in its third printing. Tales From the Delivery Room (Simon & Schuster) garnered international acclaim, was excerpted in Glamour, STAR, The New York Daily News, TIME magazine and many other publications. Survival Gear For Your Career (Common Courage Press) was hailed by Forbes (which reprinted six full pages) as “the only business book you’ll ever need.” It was praised by publications from The Los Angeles Daily News to the South China Morning Post.

Larry spent a decade at Time Warner’s Fortune magazine, where his executive positions spanned marketing, promotion, and Advertising Sales. The magazine’s advertising base expanded accordingly, surpassing all competitors in market share during his tenure.

Larry began his career at ABC Television It was there that he gained a deep understanding of audience research, developing an ability to extract the most salient insights from primary and secondary data. As a sales development/promotion executive with the Network Division, he created numerous winning ad campaigns for prime time, daytime, sports and the Olympics. His work was viewed by millions and helped propel a number of programs to record ratings. While at ABC, he won two Desi awards, and wrote speeches for the CEO.

Larry Bleidner has written for The Man Show, Playboy, and appeared on CNBC, CNN, NBC, Bloomberg, NPR, CBS Radio and has hosted a talk shows on KFI and KTLK Los Angeles.

His creativity know-how offers VMG clients a Hollywood luster, helping them attract and engage customers while out-shining competitors.

Kip Finch has over two decades of experience in the direct marketing industry with a comprehensive understanding of consumer response drivers. As a strategic thinker, with exceptional revenue generating, search engine optimization, creative and management skills he has successfully implemented highly profitable marketing campaigns in both traditional print media as well as the interactive space for top Internet partners including AOL, Earthlink, Facebook, Google, MSN, Yahoo and others.

Kip has a strong track record across multiple industry verticals including credit monitoring, reporting and scoring services; discount shopping and lifestyle products; home and small office discount programs; elective medical procedures and real estate foreclosure subscriptions and as such has forge strong alliances with top consumer retailers and service providers including Barnes & Noble, Blockbuster, Home Depot, Office Max, Sharper Image, Staples, Toy R Us, Universal Studios, Walt Disney and others.
